Bilingual Resources for Aquatic Awareness in Arizona.

Empowering Water Safety

Project NADAR (Navigating Aquatic Dangers and Risks) is a bilingual, community-driven initiative dedicated to providing basic water safety materials to the wider Phoenix community. Please watch our educational water safety video below:

Our mission began with a personal journey, sparked by a young swimmer's determination to safely conquer the waters around Alcatraz Island, and transformed over the years into a respect and passion for the water and public water safety. Recognizing the specific needs within our diverse Phoenix community, Project NADAR focuses on developing and distributing water safety materials in both Spanish and English to ensure access and understanding for all. In partnership with local clinics and community centers, we aim to reduce water-related accidents and inspire a safe, thriving culture around water activities. Through educational resources, outreach events, and community partnerships, we work to empower our neighbors to enjoy the benefits of water fitness while prioritizing safety.
